Contact us
Found a bug, have an idea for a format, or want your sport added? Send us a message and it goes straight to the people who build the site.
Thanks, your message is on its way. We read every one.
Something went wrong sending that. Please try again in a moment.
What to expect
Bracket Maker is made by Lora Studios, a small independent studio, so your message reaches the people who write the code, not a support queue. If you’d like a reply, double-check your email address before you send.
Before you write
- Reporting a bug? Tell us the device and browser (for example, an iPhone with Safari or a Chromebook with Chrome), which format and sport you picked, and what happened. If it’s about a shared tournament, send the view link, never the edit link: anyone with the edit link can change the scores.
- Asking for a sport? Tell us its name and how your group scores a match: points or sets, the target score, whether draws count, and the usual tournament format.
- Want a tournament deleted? Send its view link and we’ll remove it.
- Quick answers: it’s free, there’s nothing to install, and nobody needs an account. Common questions are answered at the bottom of each page, starting with the bracket maker.
